    We never refused to refund the order, and we have the whole message chain between us as proof. You started a return and then stated you disposed of the key fob. I would understand if this was your first day on eBay, but your approaching a decade of being a member, and eBay has procedures to cover both the seller and buyer. Did you consider that the key was possibly damaged in shipping? We won't know now that you conveniently "disposed" of the key fob against eBay policy.
