    Great actors and a good plot

    Doesn't get any better with these leading actors (Peck and Garson) and a great story with no bad language or explosions. Just relax, have a coke and recline.

    The movie has captured the lives of the workers perfectly as 'The salt of The Earth' as they toil for a rich owner who is at odds with the Union. When the maid falls in love with the Steel Plant Owner`s son, the story ignites into a passionate love story. Great chemistry between Greer Garson and Gregory Peck
