It would have been nice if the shoes were sent in a box. They weren’t damaged in transit but they could have been warped had they ended up being transported under heavy parcels as they were in a bag only. Extremely happy with the purchase since they arrived unscathed.

Additionally the bottle of lubricating oil that came with the item had opened and was covering the item and its accessories. When I contacted the seller for a refund, they suggested a partial refund in which I declined. A personal hygiene item should be thoroughly inspected for prior use if you are selling it as new open box.
