It did have accents to fill in the missing ones, but I was hoping it'd be like the image with default keycaps and not accent pieces to fill in the z, c, alt, win, and Ctrl keys. They keyboard came in a pretty good quality. Just slightly scuff marks on the edges, but a wet wipe cleaned it up. No dust or hair between keycaps. Looks pretty nice, though I personally swapped out the keycaps with a not pink theme
