It was missing all the hardware to put the basket together and attach to the bike which was ok. The basket was a piece plastic junk anyway. I got a good basket and some accessories with the money I saved on it so it was still a very good deal. The seller, shipping and communication were top notch and the bike shipped and arrived super quick. All in all, this was a very positive experience.
