    Sunbeam Turbo Steam Iron 1500 Watt (GCSBCS-212)

    I love this Sunbeam Turbo Steam Digital Iron. It works great, the cord is extra long, and it has lots of steam to get out the worst wrinkles. It glides over the fabrics, is fairly light for it's size, and I really like the blinking blue light that goes solid when it's ready to use. I didn't think anything would ever replace my trusty GE Iron but this one did with flying colors. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

    Great iron for the price!

    I have always owned Rowenta irons, which are quite pricey. However, over the years I have been through SEVERAL because the cord always shorts out where it enters the iron body. I love a stainless sole plate and will not have any other kind. This sole plate is stainless with plenty of steam holes and is shaped with a narrow nose to fit well between buttons, etc. The iron is not a lightweight iron because it is a serious steam iron. I wouldn't say it is heavy either. I have really no comment on the weight as I have not even taken much notice of that. The only think I would fault is the steam surge button. It is super hard to compress and find myself even using two hands at times. That is a major design issue and Sunbeam really needs to fix that. Generally, if the steam reservoir is full ...
