    Good value

    Would be nice if they told you what the quantity of the scoop provided was? It's about 3 to 4 capsules by eye but would be helpful to know how many milligrams for those who are used to taking the capsules. I went by what other reviewers were taking however after experimenting found that I needed far less than the 1-2 scoops others were taking to relieve my pain. I also find mixing it in my smoothie with other powdered supplements quickens the pain relief.
