Hunter fan company did not ship the two fans that I ordered. Upon asking their customer support I was told that the fans are not in stock and that an alternative will not be offered. Worst of all is that they lied to Ebay and stated that I asked to cancel. Their help desk consists of staff that takes zero responsibility for their own mess and does not care about the issues caused on customer's side.
