    If I could give the seller a "0", I would. Within days of receiving the order (a PB quilt and supposedly "matching" shams) I contacted the seller and advised the shams did not match the quilt (both the white and grays; see example photo below). She asked for photos, which I provided, but she never responded further. I literally BEGGED for a response through multiple texts, but she ignored all of them. If I had space here, I would include all the unanswered texts. VERY poor service and product.

    I have no idea what this buyer is referring too. I never received ANY follow up emails from the buyer. None, nada, nothing. I initially communicated with the buyer about the issue and then I never heard anything. Pottery Barn makes a great product.
