    I contacted seller. They claim they never opened the box so "New in the box"was the proper description. When the box was opened all co n tents were unwrapped and loose. Connected it anyway to find the red filter light was flashing. I took pictures but I can't upload them. I purchased new filters and I also purchased a 2yr warranty from Allstate. Very disappointed with the way seller runs their business - little sketchy

    Installation was easy. Very light unit. Puts out some good air on each setting on remote. The back and forth motion is a huge plus on my patio.
