An Ebay-related (not seller's fault!!) negative was that even though my item was delivered according to tracking, it was lost locally for a moment - Ebay was zero help as they won't allow even querying about the item until the estimated delivery date. I had to manually figure out the local courier agent and number and call them. Thankfully they located it.
