I was shocked that it arrived undamaged because the packaging was what I would have considered inappropriate as a seller or buyer. This should have been in a box, not a plastic envelope with bubble wrap. That will not keep it safe, especially with how I've seen so many packages handled roughly (and even ruined) by all services. My humble suggestion is to package breakables in boxes, safely. It was in a certified bubble wrap envelope with a lot of “handle with care” Stickers. I asked you to contact me with any issues, if you had I would’ve taken every word of concern to heart. I would’ve reassured you that I have shipped many of plates in that same manner with no problems.
