    This tie was described as excellent condition i.e. had no stains -by a volume seller.It was expensive and arrived with obvious stains.I sent pictures and was told to buy some rubbing alcohol and clean it myself (I declined) so a dry cleaners quoted a 'no guarantee' cleaning bill. Seller quibbled on price and wasn't prepared to cover the return postage to the US. Communications from him became single words with no apology. Summary I wouldn't trust him and lack of follow up shows he doesn't care.

    He's a liar the pic showed 2 tiny specks I didn't notice. told him he could return it or have it dry cleaned offered $10 for the cleaning he wanted $15 even though I told him I checked in his area and the highest quote was $7 didn't except, then again told him return it and he wanted me to pay the shipping even though Ebay told me no he has to return it then you refund the shipping he refused gave in refund $15 thought all's well 2 days before feedback closes he leaves this
