    If you advertise the item as best offer then you have a responsibility to at least respond to a best offer bid (90% of the asking price) rather than just ignoring it until it expires as this seller did with this item. They shipped it quickly once I bought it for full price. Hopefully it will work as advertised but now I know that what is advertised may not be reliable.

    The buyer did not read my item description where I clearly state that I do not accept offers and eBay occasionally adds "Best Offer" without my consent. That is what occurred in this case and even though I brought this to the attention of the buyer they refused to remove the feedback. When I contacted eBay about the feedback and pointed out that it was their policy of modifying people's listings without consent that caused the problem they also refused to remove this feedback.
