I had a scalp dermatitis. The prescribed shampoo did not take it away. I started using this and realized the dermatitis and rash started clearing it up. I believe it’s the Micellar in the soap. I treat my scalp with it, then follow up with a cowash on my hair and conditioner to bring moisture back to my hair. My scalp is free of the dermatitis as long as I use this
