    The seller's description that the plates looked unused is accurate; I know they are old because the pattern has not been made for years, yet they look brand new. They came earlier than expected, and were packaged with bubble wrap and foam sheets in between each plate. The box had a big dent on the corner and I freaked out thinking some might be damaged, but they were all perfect. I now have the small dishes to match my dinner plates and mugs I've had for years!!
