    Best buffered Vit. C I've found so far

    I've been taking about a half teaspoon of this powder daily, mixed in a glass of water (when flu season arrived, a full teaspoon, sometimes twice a day if I feel like I might be getting a flu or cold bug). I've never had a flu shot in my life and have so far managed to avoid a serious case of the flu, although I did have a week or 10 days of some sort of a bug this winter, but my immune system was able to fight it off without any doctor visits or medications. My active lifestyle (walking a mile or two daily) and my mostly vegetarian diet likely have also helped to strengthen my immune system. I also take a teaspoon of MSM powder daily (and, I don't drink alcohol or smoke or eat any red meat), which likely is contributing to my good health. I'm only 80 and hope to be around for another ...
