      Hello, you’re the first negative comment ever so I’ll clear some things. First, your address was a PO BOX, which I don’t ship to for many reasons, one being the lack of signature confirmation. I can’t have unnecessary risk/liability when I can’t confirm who gold was sent to. Second, you’re claiming your funds are tied up but the refund was immediate and available. Third, I messaged you to change your address with no reply. I’m sorry it didn’t work out, and hope this clarifies the justification.
