What I RECEIVED had tiny square opals shoehorned into the cavities and 2 (not 3) stones on the side - none of which were opals. The third stone apparently off as they were sloppily glued on. Was offered a partial refund of less than 40% when I requested to return the item. Sends junk that doesn't stand behind it. Buyer beware!
