    Fish arrived in a box with 1/8” insulation in 32 degree weather. Heat packs on top of bags doing nothing 2 of 4 fish survived. Rest DOA ,no communication. No refund nothing. Horrible seller. BEWARE $65 shipping and no cooler. Unprofessional

    Packed well. Well very good water oxygen mixture considering the unfortunate four day long transit due to a holiday weekend. 4 out of 5 fish survived. Seller was good at communicating and keeping fish as healthy as possible for transit. Did his best of gendering fish that was requested. If I ever start another tropical community tank I will order from him again!
