Item was listed as new but was used with scratches, chips off the paint and rust on the steel box. I bought same item from different seller - connected to my system and it worked perfectly so problem was definitely not on my end. I Contacted seller. Replaced my original Elan trims which had yellowed horribly over the years. The before and after pics show it all. The kit came with a nice screwless plate as well.
