    this is the story of a young owl's danger-fraught journey to his Destiny as a Guardian of Ga'Hoole. the story taps into the classic tales of the struggles of good to vanquish evil, mend the broken and make strong the weak, as the Guardians promise. the characters are believable and endearing, and are exquisitely rendered to the finest detail. the photo realism is often startling. the camera angles are frequently breathtaking, and must be ground-breaking for an animated film. you only expect such camera work in high budget offerings. here, one is carried aloft along with our heroes, soaring and swooping through crimson skies and dazzling stony mountain gorges. the gorgeous sky-scapes and awesome landscapes are rendered with the same attention to detail as the main characters.. a ...
