    I got this laptop because my dad’s old one was taking forever to load. When I took it to my local PC/Apple device repair shop, the employee looked at it, heard my complaint, and highly recommended that I get a new one instead of spending money to repair this one. This one runs much faster than the old one, executes tasks faster than the older one. My dad and I are very happy with it. Thanks so much again!

    Power supply arrived defective. Would not charge or power up the laptop. I found and repaired very intermittent DC power cable that attaches to the laptop. about two inches from the power supply the positive white wire inside the cable was broken. I opened the box and rerouted the cable through the strain relief and soldered the cable back onto the circuit board inside the power supply.
