    Leider war in der Packung keine Wilbers Feder, sondern eine Originale von BMW. Mußte wohl eine vorherige Retoure eines unehrlichen Kunden gewesen sein... Aber die Rückabwicklung lief trotzdem einwandfrei, Telefonische Erreichbarkeit perfekt (wo gibt es sowas heute noch!), die Kundenmitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und kulant, Rücksendeschein kam prompt per Email, die Rückerstattung erfolgte auf den gesamten Kaufbetrag. Daher 5 Punkte für Kommunikation und den den reibungslosen Kundenservice!
