    I bought a light sweater, but it had two holes! There were holes on the back shoulder and cuffs, and it didn't look like a new product. They didn't inspect it before sending it to the customer, they didn't wrap it, and the packaging was sloppy, and when it arrived the box was open with the duct tape removed. I contacted customer service, but they didn't respond, and I couldn't return it to Sailor, which is the worst. I don't want to shop on eBay again.
