Good communication from the seller because despite being unopened, it unfortunately had total battery leakage that was unseen until shipment, & required opening the packaging, devaluating the item. When asked, the seller did give a 1/3 partial reimbursement. Battery contacts are unusable, but plug works. I would still buy from again.
