I contacted seller , he showed me postal receipts. one package receipt showed 46lb. the other package showed 47 lb. That was because of all the extra stuff he had in the box. He double boxed ,then he had extra cardboard and paper ,5 plastic bags and packaging wrap in each box . And then he accused me of trying to scam him out of 12lb of monotype.Reply from: davidb5755- Feedback replied by seller davidb5755.- Feedback replied by seller davidb5755.The claim is I shipped two boxes netting 78 pounds of monotype. That would mean each empty box with all the "extra stuff" must have weighed an average of 7 1/2lbs and with 39 lbs of monotype in each box, would add up to an average of 46 1/2 pounds. Is it even possible to put that much paper, plastic, cardboard and wrap in a top loading medium flat rate box while leaving room for 39 lbs of monotype. I think the best way to answer this is to let the free market decide who is scamming who.
