      Great value, wonderful images and performance

      The D3400 is wonderful for my needs: family, vacations, photo hobby, occasional publication. It can be a simple way to connect photos instantly to social media, or a finely-tuned instrument for creating seriously good images. I do miss the automatic sensor cleaning feature that has been dropped. But the new AF-P (silent and faster focusing) lens is great, and the instant Bluetooth connectivity is super for sending (reduced resolution) images to my phone, while I'm shooting. I highly recommend this camera for anyone who just wants great quality photography in any light, fast and easy.

      Great Camera and Lens

      This is a High-End camera and deserves to be used by anyone who can afford a quality device. The cost was a gift to myself, so I value the Camera for its ability to process excellent quality photos. The lens is a "P"type (Pulse) and is dead silent when it focuses. This is a benefit when shooting in a quiet necessary area so as not to scare wildlife or create noise in a silent surrounding. There is a bit of a learning curve to make this camera do its best.       a very good starter DSLR Camera

      good starter DLSR camera. The settings are easy to get use too. Even though it does not have WIfi it has a good battery life. The "kit lens" is not bad. you can get some good shots if you're using the camera for everyday use or to use to sell products on line. The camera is light and the flash is decent. you can access the camera manual settings pretty easy

      Great, affordable basic DSLR

      Great basic Nikon DSLR. In brand new condition. Works very well and can be used to capture wonderful photos. Though this camera came out about ten years ago, it is a perfect, easy to use camera at a great price. Pair it with a gently used lens from Nikon, Tamron or Sigma, and you have a durable, fun camera that can produce wonderful images.

      Nikon D3400

      This camera was a gift to my wife. It is a major upgrade from her old camera. It comes with a few extra lenses, that she is still learning to use. So far the quality has been fantastic. She has been watching videos on YouTube to teach herself how to use manual mode. Auto mode doesn’t give you the light exposure your need on certain occasions.
