      Looks Nice

      I rated this laptop a 3 due to it mainly being very slow. I replaced an older laptop with this newer laptop and it is way slower then my 6 year old laptop. The processor can only handle 2 webpages while browsing, so opening multiple webpages is almost impossible. If you need to check email, or simply browse a single webpage this laptop would be fine. Anything more than that, buy another item. If you try and use any additional apps in the windows 10 feature it is so slow that it will just freeze. We ended up giving this laptop to our son who simply watches youtube, and looks through Facebook, and bought a nicer laptop for my wife.

      too slow for a newer model computer

      I have 3 older laptops at home, all of them kick this Dell's a** in speed... do not buy this computer if you don't want to get discouraged by how slow it digest Windows 10.. on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being top speed, I would rate this one at a 3 out of 10, no kidding. I'm very upset with this purchase

      What Happened To Dell Products?

      I am so disappointed. This laptop had static feedback and all sorts of issues upon arrival. Lag while typing. Nothing good to say about the item.
