The seller made no attempt to clarify what category of club this was. A second issue was minor in that the headcover sent was for a 3 wood and not the 5 wood ordered. The seller could have cleared this up by (again) responding, or simply identifying by picture or description so that I would have known upfront what cover I was to receive, instead of ignoring their customer.

Shipper must have rough handled the item.
