      Great for lightweight bikes, not for heavy ones.

      To put it simply. Installation was a chore. The insert was smaller in circumference than the tire and rim itself. SO the insert needed to be stretched considerably for me to be able to mount the tire. The insert does do its job, and stopped a staple from getting to the tube. But after taking the insert out after a week. Following installation instructions, and care usage. The insert was half its thickness. Even after a few days of relaxing outside of the tire. The biggest problem I had, and the main reason why I am rating 3 stars. Rolling resistance. I ride an Aventon L2 Commuter. With the accessories I added on, bike rack, some bags for storage, and similar safety stuff. The bike is about 75lbs, @62lbs stock. It is already hard enough to pedal on its own.
