The were great value and arrived as described. Shortly after trying them, there was a problem with the putter shaft and it snapped. We contacted Tracy and she was happy to either try to replace the putter or give a partial refund. The customer service was very good.

It honestly took me 20 minutes just to get it all unwrapped it was packaged with care and passion! Will highly recommend this site to anyone looking to upgrade their clubs and not wanting to spend a fortune on new ones! Will be buying again!
