I discovered that an air intake flexible coupler to the turbo had torn to the point it had a hole. After replacing the coupler I was getting 27 psi boost. The new turbo arrived on time. I have not opened the box and looked at the new turbo since my old one worked perfectly on a 750 mile trip back home. I'm debating whether to keep or return it. For the price I'm leaning towards keeping it rather than returning
