      I've dropped 5-7 lbs. personally.

      The only thing I've done differently is add this to my day and I've dropped 5-7 lbs in 2 months. Having said that, I've also tried the newer/different version of Hydroxycut now after the 2 months and like it better. The Black leaves me jittery after low end workouts, and noticeably more so throughout the day. However, it also wakes me up and has me looking for something to do which is a benefit no matter how you look at it. This is no miracle pill, there isn't one, but it HAS had a direct impact on my weight loss because it's the ONLY thing I've done differently, on purpose. If you're healthy enough per your doctor to take it, then I'd say it's worth it, but you'd better follow the directions! Stay off the road or driving range until you get used to it or have taken more than you're ...

      Very good for maintaining weight and curbing appetite.

      No weight loss BUT no additional gain of weights. This product reduced the quantity of food I ate and allowed be to maintain my weight without any additional gain. At first these make you very jittery. It's like you drank a triple espresso.

      good stuff for helping weight loss

      been using hydroxyl cut black for about 5 months and it helps with dropping the weight. went from a size 48 w and now down to a 45. also I cut out all diet soda and drink coffee and water. overall good stuff in my battle with my weight.

      Good but not excellent

      You loose weight little by little. I liked it because it helped my metabolism a lot. Take it with a diet, otherwise it won't work. I am going to continue taking it and maybe in 6 months I will lose 5 pounds....lol
