    my item came absolutely crushed. they were glass ornaments. they were shipped in a box smaller than the box they original came in. No bubble wrap, they were not protected at all. I contacted the seller 3 different times and no response until i mentioned i would reach out to you. This is my first purchase with ebay and i am really disappointed the seller replied "I WILL FILE A CLAIM". i never heard back. out of ornaments and out of the money. how do I go about getting my money back?
