These guys were my second order and they're always packed brilliantly in Styrofoam and shredded cardboard+ heat pack. Communication is prompt and the value is what I can only describe as the best bang for buck. I've only had my batch for a couple weeks and seen them try and spawn once now without much effort on my part. Safe to say, they're healthy, and very stunning with their unique patterns and sense of movement in the aquarium! Perfect condition

Thediscusdude made sure to pay attention to the weather, in both his as well as my region and made sure to ship when the fish would not freeze. Unfortunately, the fish got held up by the postal service for a whole weekend (shipped on a Tuesday and were supposed to arrive on Friday but they didnt deliver until Monday) but the fish arrived healthy and vibrant. Definately would shop with him again!

Both were active, healthy, and even more beautiful than expected. The packaging was very secure, with proper insulation and moisture, and each snail was cushioned to prevent damage during transit. All arrived alive with no cracks, no foul odor, and no signs of stress. They perked up quickly after a short acclimation and were cruising around the tank within an hour.
