When it arrived it was completely unresponsive to charging and will not turn on. As it was only the headset i had already spent an extra $100+ on a face cover, head strap and controller. Contacted seller who said he couldnt ship out a replacement as he had sent out 34 of them in one day and may have gotten it mixed up. Said he would only refund if i ship the product back but then I' stuck the just the accessories.
