      Oddest ebay transaction Ive ever had. After purchasing initial price, seller agreed to price for second cap for combined shipping. Then seller backed out over $4 bc of anexpired offer they missed in the past. Then, agreed to original terms but shipped bc of a self imposed deadline and stated they couldn't figure out how to offer despite numerous other ways to complete transaction. Ultimately just shipped original cap to avoid going through w agreed deal 2nd hat. Again, just SUPER odd experience.

      This was sad. Buyer was upset that I wanted to ship the order in the time I promised in my listing. He accepted a price and then backed out, wanting a lower price.
