After running the dehumidifier for a few days, water starting collecting and this particular dehumidifier is easy to store and very quiet. I would buy at your own risk given the the lack of communicarion and uncertainty I had with the amount of money spent. The dehumidifier shipped quickly and was packaged inside of a shipping box, which I appreciate.
