It was "better than described," since the ear inserts were still in their original zipped plastic bag, and the coiled audio cable was clearly secured by the original, factory twist ties and the item had never been used. This is NOT a hit on the seller: I wish it had NOT been shipped via USPS -- tracking was great, but the item was "stuck" 2 days in a distribution center.
