The consistency was very thin and the lotion did not smell like original Estee Lauder Perfectionist smells. In addition, 2 bottles were leaking even though they were well packaged. After trying to resolve my issue with the seller and getting nowhere, I had to have eBay customer service intervine to obtain a full refund. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this seller.

I notified her of this mistake and she said they don’t make mistakes and that was her resolution of the matter. I kept the serum but that is not what I ordered. I also told her I didn’t want to leave a negative review so if she could fix it and I didn’t heard anything back from her. Won’t do business with her in the future
