The partnumber on the box was difficult to check as the seller put new, tightly glued, stickers over it on the box. It would be better if the stickers could be removed easier.

    Brand Name IDE Hard Drive

    I bought this Brand Name IDE Hard Drive to restore a really old (Compaq) laptop system. You would not expect a high performance from such old technology of cause. However, this is exactly what you need to bring an old laptop with IDE (PATA) drives to life.
