When we refused to pay the extra, the seller cancelled and LIED, saying that we asked him to cancel when we did not. Seller reported to eBay and blocked. I did messaged him if he wants to either cancel order or repay it again and he chose "cancel" order, so I gave him a refund and he gave me negative review for being a liar that I have no recollection about it.
