The 10' x 10' dimensions work fine but the side mount frame tabs don't line up with the EZ-Up frame sides. This is not any fault of the seller. I am currently using the EZ-Up frame with the top from the seller as shade and shelter while working on my Chevy Suburban. Can't beat the price and I am happy with the canopy top. Shipping was fast as well.
