The humidifier tank was shipped installed in the unit with no attempt made to keep it from bouncing around in the base, and the only cushioning was pieces of a ripped-up Walmart shopping bag in the bottom of the box - nothing on the sides or top. A little bubble wrap around the unit would've been much better. Fortunately, the unit appears to work properly.
