I reached out to seller & got below response I am so sorry to hear the your Barbie wardrobe was cracked when received. It had to have happened during shipping. Any defects would have been noted in the description. Hope you still get to use and enjoy your Barbie wardrobe. I was so dumbfounded by the reply..didn’t ask for pics, offer to have me return or give me a discount just oops sorry…I have never left a negative reviewReply from: repurposed_depot- Feedback replied by seller repurposed_depot.- Feedback replied by seller repurposed_depot.we offer 30 days returns, no questions asked. so I'm not sure what the issue is here when you could have easily just requested a return and went through the process.
