The seller knew this because they mention that in their description. knife was wrapped in a USPS #3 bubble envelope. nothing else. I paid over $400 for this 1961 Buck 121 w/scaler. I just think it was deserving of better care in packaging than it received.Buck USA 1961 fixed blade 121 fisherman scaler knife (#365466018249)
