It turns out the item wasn't actually available locally, despite what the listing said, and had to be ordered from overseas with a 10-12 weeks wait time. While I got full refund, I wish they were up front about the location/shipping, or at least they should have reached out immediately when it was clear they cannot meet the commitment instead of waiting for me to contact them. :(
