They used Styrofoam to packaging the GPU. Who does that! Styrofoam can cause static and damage electronics. The GPU came defective. Doesn't work. Even when sellers claims it was "Clean, Dusted, and Tested." Very disappointed for it took over a week to arrive. No response yet from seller.
