There was a slight tear in the tulle that was not mentioned, not problematic. The seller answered all the questions that I had in a timely manner. Shipping time was reasonable, it took one week from the order date to arrival. Unfortunately the ship co. set the box outside in an open area and the box got completely soaked from rain. I just wish the dress would have been placed inside plastic inside the box to avoid getting wet.
